Return and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
• The shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions
• Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores.
• Refund is not applicable on factory outlet & discounted items
