- Customer must present sales invoice slip at store
- A complaint must be registered using complaint form provided on the website
- Items must be in their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached
- Items must be unaltered

Exchange policy is not applicable on Factory Outlet/Red Corner/Discounted products
