  • Customer must present sales invoice slip at store
  • A complaint must be registered using complaint form provided on the website
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached
  • Items must be unaltered

An Exchange request must be submitted using complaint form provided on the website

Exchange policy is not applicable on Factory Outlet/Red Corner/Discounted products
